2) in the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union in cases if cargo hauling about the territory (i) of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is carried out consistently by several carriers with overload (loading/unloading) and (or) replacement of the tractor (retenacious), but at the same time if the overload (loading/unloading) and (or) replacement of the tractor (retenacious) is performed outside the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, in the presence of the original of domestic permission or the original of detachable part with provision of the copy of domestic permission of the previous carrier.".
