For the purpose of ensuring steady passing of heating season of 2025/26 in the conditions of warlike situation the termination or restriction of supply of natural gas and electrical energy determined in the list approved by the Ministry of development of communities and territories together with the Department of Energy, to objects in the field of heat supply is not allowed, to subjects to water supply and water disposal in the territorial communities located in the territories of possible fighting, active fighting, active fighting in which the state electronic information resources function of the territories included in the list in which are conducted fighting or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation, the development of communities and the territories approved by the Ministry (before date of the termination of possibility of fighting, completion of fighting, but no later than March 31, 2026), for failure to carry out of heat supply by the relevant companies (was conducted), water supply and water disposal of conditions of contracts with suppliers of natural gas and electrical energy, and also operators of gas-distribution systems and operators of systems of distribution of electrical energy.
