About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 27, 2018 No. 493 and of March 28, 2019 No. 208

Based on Item 1 of Article 45 of the Forest code of the Republic of Belarus and part two of Item 82 of the Rules of maintaining hunting economy approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 21, 2018 No. 112, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 27, 2018 No. 493 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 21, 2018 No. 112":

in appendix to this resolution of the word" (in case of its availability)" shall be replaced with words "(if that is available)";

in Regulations on the procedure for creation of open-air cages, establishment of restrictions and prohibitions on their creation, contents, cultivations and uses in them wild animals, including carrying out captive hunting approved by this resolution:

state Item 23 in the following edition:

"23. Owner of the open-air cage:

provides easy access on the territory of the open-air cage of representatives of state bodies, organizations and organizations for accomplishment of the obligations assigned to them according to requirements of the legislation;

upon termination of the lease term specified in the decision on provision of the site of forest fund in lease for creation of the open-air cage for overexposure or the hunting open-air cage brings the site of forest fund to the state suitable for reproduction of the woods or other target use.
