2. Establish the minimum size of the authorized capital for the operating commercial banks:

- till June 30, 2026 - 800, 0 million som;

- since July 1, 2026 - 1, 0 billion som;

- since July 1, 2027 - 1, 5 billion som;

- since July 1, 2028 - 2, 0 billion som;

- since July 1, 2029 - 2, 5 billion som;

- since July 1, 2030 - 3, 0 billion som.

3. Establish for the significant commercial banks operating systemically the minimum size of the authorized capital in the amount of at least 8, of 0 billion som since July 1, 2027.

4. Determine that in case of determination of bank systemically significant the bank within one year from the date of the notification National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic about compliance to criteria of the system importance shall bring the size of the authorized capital to the established size, the stipulated in Item 3 presents of the resolution.

5. Establish the economic standard rate by the minimum size of own (regulating) capital for newly created banks (including branches of foreign banks) in the amount of at least minimum size of the authorized capital established for newly created banks according to Item 1 of this resolution, and the operating commercial banks according to Items 2 and 3 of this resolution.
