- the foreign citizens arriving to the Kyrgyz Republic based on the visa and/or the residence permit stay during action of the visa and/or type on residence;
- citizens of the state members of EEU (Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia) without document creation granting the right to stay in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic can totally be up to 90 days during each hundred eighty-day periods from the moment of entry into the country;
