RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 28, 2021 No. 50 and of February 6, 2025 No. 74

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the State program "Comfortable housing and the favorable circle" for 2021-2025 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 28, 2021 No. 50:

second and third Chapter 3 to state parts in the following edition:

"Means in the amount of the 22nd 306, by one million rubles are planned for implementation of the State program in 2021-2025 (in 2021 – 2656, one million rubles, in 2022 – 3505, 5 million rubles, in 2023 – 4463, 4 million rubles, in 2024 – 5299, 7 million rubles, in 2025 – 6381, 1 million rubles), including:

means of the republican budget – 1100, 3 million rubles;

means of local budgets – 16 129 2 million rubles;

own means of the organizations – 410, 2 million rubles;

means of public institution "Operator of secondary material resources" (further – the operator) – 878 million rubles;

credit resources – 542, 3 million rubles;

funds from investors – 145, 3 million rubles;

means of the population – 1810, 5 million rubles;

credit resources of "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company – 1170, 1 million rubles;

other (provision of means of external state loans) – 120, 6 million rubles.

Amounts of financing of subprogrammes following:

the subprogramme 1 "Availability of services" – 3878, 8 million rubles;

the subprogramme 2nd "Improvement" – 6831, 5 million rubles;

the subprogramme 3 "Effective heat supply" – 732 million rubles;

the subprogramme 4 "Repair of housing" – 5702, 4 million rubles;

the subprogramme 5th "Clear water" – 2862 million rubles;

the subprogramme 6th "Purpose 99" – 1703, 3 million rubles;

the subprogramme 7 "Development of power industry and gasification of settlements, gardening partnerships" – 596, 3 million rubles.";

to add appendix 2 to this State program with Item 322 following of content:

"322. Growth in volumes of consumption of cullet in case of production of glass container on capacities of JSC Grodno Glass Plant by production upgrade, including repayment of loans on the object which is earlier put into operation
