About procedure for creation and use of the funds formed by profit

Based on subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 16, 2025 "On regulation of activities of banks" and parts one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 435

1. Determine that banks, the non-bank credit and financial organizations (further - banks) create and use funds (except for reserve fund) by the profit remaining at their order after tax payment, charges (duties), other obligatory payments in republican and local budgets including in the state trust budget funds, and also in state non-budgetary funds, in the following procedure:

in the amount of at least 60 percent from the specified profit - for crediting of investment projects and investment into economy of the Republic of Belarus by means of other forms and methods, including by increase in authorized capitals of banks;

in the amount of no more than 40 percent from the specified profit - on the increase in reserve fund and (or) other purposes determined by general meeting of shareholders of bank.
