1. Approve the enclosed features of legal regulation of employment relationships and other directly related relations.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2026 and is effective till January 1, 2027.

1. This document determines features of legal regulation of employment relationships and other directly related relations.
2. From written consent of the worker by the employer its temporary transfer for work to other employer in the same or in other area in the direction of public institution of employment service of the population (further - jobcenter of the population) containing the offer to the worker about its such transfer to other employer with indication of position (profession, specialty), payment terms of work, working conditions on workplace, other conditions in the cases provided by the labor law and other regulatory legal acts containing regulations of labor right can be made.
For temporary transfer of the worker for work to other employer originally signed employment contract is suspended.
At the same time the current of effective period of originally signed employment contract is not interrupted.
3. Temporary transfer for work to other employer is made in the following cases:
a) receipt of request of the employer containing information on availability of the need for temporary transfer of workers from other employer;
b) receipt in jobcenter of the population of data from the employer on suspension of production (work).
