About change of the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of May 28, 2025 No. 136
Based on part five of Article 31 and part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Second and third Item 9 of the Instruction on procedure for refinancing by National Bank of banks in the form of the credits for support of the current liquidity approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of May 28, 2025 No. 136, to state parts in the following edition:
"For the purpose of decrease in the risks connected with loan granting, the National Bank establishes the minimum level of credit rating of the issuer (release) of securities, and also size of coefficient of providing obligations on securities and foreign currencies. This coefficient represents numerical multiplier which value is in the range from 0 to 1 and on which the cost of securities and the amount of foreign currency in case of assessment of sufficiency of providing the required credit are adjusted.
Information about the securities established the minimum level of credit rating of the issuer (release), and also the size of coefficient of providing obligations on securities and foreign currencies is posted on the official site no later than the working day following behind day of their establishment.".
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 21, 2026.
