About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About virtual assets"

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About virtual assets" (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of January 28, 2022 No. 12) the following changes:
1) regarding 1 Article 4:
a) state Item 16 in the following edition:
"16) стейблкоин (stablecoin) - the type of secure virtual asset intended for maintenance of stable cost in relation to money (fiatny currency) and (or) underlying assets expressed in national currency of the Kyrgyz Republic or in foreign currency. The procedure for issue (release), providing, ratio of steyblkoin to money (fiatny currency) and (or) underlying assets, addresses and regulations of steyblkoin are determined by the President of the Kyrgyz Republic;";
b) add with Items 21-23 of the following content:
"21) the token provided with real asset (Real World Asset Token - RWA Token) - virtual asset, issue (release) of which it is provided with property right on real asset or represents digital form of documentary confirmed obligation connected with such asset. The list of real assets, procedure for issue (release), providing, the address and regulation of RWA Token is established by the President of the Kyrgyz Republic;
22) the state mining - the activities for mining performed with participation of the state in the form of complete or equity of the state (on behalf of authorized state body or state-owned company) or through creation of specially authorized state company. The state mining can provide use of energy, infrastructure and technological resources for the purpose of production of virtual assets for forming of the state cryptocurrency reserve, support of the state projects in the field of blokcheyn-technologies and development of digital economy of the Kyrgyz Republic;
