In pursuance of Article part six 12, articles 12-1 and 14 of the Law No. 1225-XII of December 8, 1992. "About recovery of victims of political repressions" (Art. No. 133-134, 654), with subsequent changes and amendments is repeatedly published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1999, the Government DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations on cost recovery of property by compensation payment to persons which underwent to political repressions, and also to payment of compensation in case of death as a result of political repressions it (is applied).

2. To the Ministry of Finance and bodies of local public authority of the second level and municipium of Belts to take necessary measures for allocation of financial resources on compensation payment to persons which underwent to political repressions.

3. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 338 of May 26, 1995. "About procedure for return of property, compensation of its cost and payment of compensations to repressed persons" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, Art. No. 38-39, 288), except for Item 16.
