About modification of some orders of the Government (increase in efficiency of internal audit of the Ministry of Defence)

Based on Item b) article 7 of the Law 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 692/2017 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Defence (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 322-328, 794), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in Item 2 of the resolution of figure "72" to replace with figures "75";

1.2. 5) of Item 9 of appendix No. 1 to add the subitem with the text ", and also internal audit function";

1.3. in appendices No. 2 and 3 "Service of internal audit" to replace line item with line item "Department of internal audit".

2. In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 982/2018 about the organization and functioning of the Agency of providing resources and administrations of property of the Ministry of Defence (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 400-409, 1079), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

2.1. add Item 13 with the subitem 51) of the following content:

"Will organize 51) and implements system of internal managerial supervision";

2.2. add with Item 19 of the following content:

"19. The division of internal audit in structure of central office of the Ministry of Defence provides carrying out internal audit in the Agency.".

3. In Item 19 of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Military inspectorate of the Ministry of Defence approved by the Order of the Government No. 984/2018 (2018, Art. No. 398-399, 1051), with subsequent changes, words by "Service of internal audit" shall be replaced with words the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova "Department of internal audit".
