1. In the Order of the Government No. 118/2023 about the organization and functioning of the Department of Energy (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art. No. 85-86, 171), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in the resolution:

1.1.1. 3) of Item 1 to declare the subitem invalid;

1.1.2. in Item 2 of figure "73" to replace with figures "75";

1.2. state appendices No. 1 and 2 in the following edition:

Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Department of Energy

I. General provisions

1. The regulations on the organization and functioning of the Department of Energy (further - the Provision) regulate mission, functions, spheres of activity and the rights, and also procedure for the organization of its activities.

2. The Department of Energy (further - the ministry) is the central industry body of public management which the politician of the Government, coordinating and monitoring of their application in the spheres of activity entrusted to it provides development public.

3. The ministry is legal entity of the public law with the location in municipium of Chisinau which has the name, seal with the image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Moldova, treasurer accounts, and also other special attributes of bodies of public management established to the legislation.
