About introduction of amendments to the Law on the mode of explosives for civil application No. 67/2024

This law partially shifts (part (2) Articles 1, Items 2, of the 10 and 11 Article 2, part (7) Articles 5, part (2) Article 7 and part (2) and (4) Articles 8) the Directive (EC) 2014/28 of the European parliament and Council of February 26, 2014 about harmonization of the legislation of state members concerning provision in the market and control of explosives for civil application (in the new edition) (the text relating to the EEA) published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 96 of March 29, 2014, CELEX: 32014L0028.

Art. I. - In the Law on the mode of explosives for civil application No. 67/2024 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 184-187, 234) to make the following changes:

1. To state formula of harmonization in the following edition:

"This law partially shifts (parts (1) and (2) Articles 1, Items 1, of 2, of 6, 9-13 Articles 2, part (2) Articles 11, the paragraph first of Article 13, the article 14, of article 16-19, the paragraph of the second Article (41), paragraphs of the first and second part (1) articles 42, of article 43, of 50, of appendix I and II) the Directive (EU) 2014/28 European parliament and Council of February 26, 2014 about harmonization of the legislation of EU member states concerning provision in the market and control of explosives for civil application (in the new edition) (the text relating to the EEA) published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 96 of March 29, 2014, CELEX: 32014L0028.".

2. Part (Article 2 to state 3) in the following edition:

"(3) Provisions of this law are not applied:

a) to the mode of military explosives, including the ammunition which is under authority of bodies of public management with powers in the field of national defense, state security and public order which is regulated by special regulations;

b) to precursors of explosives;

c) to the pyrotechnic products regulated by the Law on the mode of pyrotechnic products No. 143/2014;
