1. In the Regulations about placement, trade and the redemption of government securities in the form of record on the account approved by the Resolution of Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova No. 170/2018 and the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 129/2018 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, No. 277-284, to the Art. 1171) registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 1346/2018, to make the following changes:

1.1. In Item 11 in the first offer after words to "the early redemption" to add with the text "and/or to exchange".

1.2. In Item 6:

1.2.1. in the subitem 3) the text "the account opened in the Automated interbank payment system (further - ASMP)" to replace with the text "the account opened in registers of National Bank";

1.2.2. in the subitem 8) "in ASMP" to replace the text with the text "in the Automated system of internal payments (further - ASVP)";

1.2.3. 11) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"11) Single central depositary - single Central Securities Depository, it is determined in article 2 of the Law No. 234/2016 on Single Central Securities Depository.";
