Based on part three of Item 3 of article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 14, 2022 No. 213-Z "About licensing", Item 7 of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2011 "About legal profession and lawyer activities in the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 334-Z
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of December 16, 2022 No. 150 "About procedure for holding qualification examination" the following changes:
to exclude from preamble of the word "and parts one of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605,";
in the Instruction about procedure for holding qualification examination approved by this resolution:
in Item 7 part one the word "is present" shall be replaced with words "can be present";
state Item 14 in the following edition:
"14. After time allowed for computer testing, results of computer testing of the applicant are removed on the computer monitor along with the computer test with the correct answers for acquaintance.
The applicants who gained less than 14 points by results of computer testing are considered not passed qualification examination.";
third of Item 18 to state part in the following edition:
"Results of computer testing, the examination card are kept within one year from the date of holding examination. After the specified term results of computer testing are removed from information system of computer testing, examination cards are destroyed.".
