About procedure for publicizing of activities of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic in the state media

This Law governs the relations arising in connection with distribution by the state media of materials or messages on activities of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In this Law the following basic concepts are used:
the state media - mass media as which founder the public authority acts;
the public regional fund mass informatsiisredstvo of mass information as which founders public authorities together with regional, city and district public authorities or only regional, city and district public authorities act;
public authorities - the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, local public administrations, the Constitutional court of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic, courts and judges of justice system;
information programs - daily television and radio programs of news, except for author's information and analytical programs;
analytical programs - weekly television and radio programs lasting at least 20 minutes in which the analysis of events is given.
The press service of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic conducts audio-and video of all official actions of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic and provides in subsequent storage of these materials in archive within five years.
Journalists of mass media have the right to examine records and to receive their copies, except records of closed meetings.
This Article does not limit the right of accredited journalists to make own audio-, video at meetings and other open official actions.
