About introduction of amendments to the Law on the mode of weapon and ammunition of civil appointment No. 130/2012

This law shifts part (3) Articles 1, part (3) Articles 11, part (1), the first and second paragraphs of part (2) and part (3) Articles 17, part (3) Articles 18, of part (3) and (4) Articles 22, Article 25, Item 8 of category B and Item 6 categories From Item II of appendix I, and also appendix II to the Directive of the European parliament and Council (EU) 2021/555 of March 24, 2021 about control of acquisition and ownership of weapon (the codified version), published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 115 of April 6, 2021, CELEX: 32021L0555, with the subsequent changes made by the Amendment of October 13, 2022 to the Directive of the European parliament and Council (EU) 2021/555 of March 24, 2021.
Art. I. – In the Law on the mode of weapon and ammunition of civil appointment No. 130/2012 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 222-227, 721), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. To state formula of harmonization in the following edition:
"This law partially shifts (Items 1-10, 12, 13 parts (1) and part (3) Articles 1, Item (b) of part (1) and part (2) Articles 4, part (3) Articles 11, Article 13, part (2) Articles 14, part (4) Articles 16, Article 17, part (3) Articles 18, of part (3) and (4) Articles 22, Article 25, Items 4-6, 8 and 9 of category B and Items 5 and 6 of category From Item II of appendix I, appendix II) the Directive of the European parliament and Council (EU) 2021/555 of March 24, 2021 about control of acquisition and ownership of weapon (the codified version), published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 115 of April 6, 2021, CELEX: 32021L0555, with the subsequent changes made by the Amendment of October 13, 2022 to the Directive of the European parliament and Council (EU) 2021/555 of March 24, 2021.".
