In this Law the following concepts are used:
anniversary - anniversary of life, activities (decade, the twenty-fifth anniversary, etc.) someone or something (is more often than person, organization) or any event;
anniversary actions - the actions connected with the celebration of especially significant historical events in the life of people and the states, birthdays (in anniversary year) persons having special merits before the people, the state, mankind.
Treat anniversary actions: the solemn meetings, conferences, festive processions, demonstrations, concerts, tenders, competitions and other actions connected with the celebration of anniversary;
anniversary actions of the international value - the actions connected with the celebration of historical event of the international value, anniversary of persons having special merits before mankind, civilization with participation of the international organizations, delegations;
anniversary actions of national value - the actions connected with the celebration of historical event of national value, and also anniversary on the scale of the Kyrgyz Republic;
anniversary actions of regional value - the actions connected with holding anniversary on the scale of the area, the area, the city, rural justice;
anniversary actions of corporate value - the actions connected with anniversary within the organization, organization.
