In recent years in our country large-scale measures for ensuring rendering social services and the help in the procedure established by the legislation, support of the segments of the population needing social protection, and also the address direction of the funds allocated to this sphere from the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan and at the expense of other sources are performed.
At the same time there is need of further enhancement of legal acts for the purpose of introduction of responsibility for violation of the procedures established by legal acts when rendering social services and the help, and also for hindrance of legal activities of employees of social security authorities, failure to carry out of the requirements established by their legal acts, further increase in activity of public associations and charitable organizations in rendering the public assistance and full use of their potential in development of social and economic and humanitarian spheres.
This law to the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the administrative responsibility and the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About licensing, allowing and notifying procedures" makes changes and additions which impose responsibility for violation of the procedures established by legal acts when rendering social services and the help, and also for hindrance of legal activities of social security authorities, failure to carry out of the requirements established by their legal acts, receipt of the conclusion about creation on object of favorable conditions for persons with disability according to the requirements established in town-planning regulations and rules and also the sizes of penalties for implementation of activities (action) without this document or for receipt of this document with use of forgery documents is established.
