1. By consideration of the documents submitted by uslugopoluchatel for receipt of the export license of specific goods, the general license on commodity export of dual purpose or the goods controlled for ensuring national security, the executive in charge along with request to the relevant state bodies sends inquiry to state bodies of the control system of specific goods according to the procedure determined by Rules of implementation of information exchange of authorized body with the state bodies of the control system of specific goods approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 12, 2023 No. 283.

After receipt of the answer from state bodies of the control system of specific goods, the executive in charge carries out risks assessment based on the acquired information.

Along with request in the relevant state bodies, the executive in charge sends by means of the state electronic information resources the warranty obligation of the importing country provided by uslugopoluchatel to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan for conducting check of its authenticity (further - confirmation). 18. In case of consideration of the application on receipt of the export license of specific goods or the general license on commodity export of dual purpose or the goods controlled for ensuring the national security corresponding to the control codes 1C350 or 10C905, specified in the Control list, the executive in charge sends the warranty obligation of the importing country provided by uslugopoluchatel to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan for receipt of confirmation of check it to authenticity in cases:

1) primary export to the partner according to the contract in foreign trade;

2) receipts of information by authorized body from state bodies about possible risks when implementing export.

Uslugopoluchatel within 7 (seven) working days from the date of submission of documents for receipt of the export license of specific goods or the general license on commodity export of dual purpose or the goods controlled for ensuring national security represents for reconciliation to the service provider the original of the warranty obligation of the country - the receiver through office of the service provider.

Based on Item 1 of article 29 of the Law, the service provider has the right to request and receive from uslugopoluchatel or state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan the necessary documents and (or) information relating to the sphere of control of specific goods.
