About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 18, 2020 No. 1490

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 18, 2020 No. 1490 "About licensing of educational activities" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 39, Art. 6067; 2021, No. 31, Art. 5930; No. 49, Art. 8310; 2022, No. 38, Art. 6454; 2023, No. 42, Art. 7512; 2024, No. 9, Art. 1251; No. 26, Art. 3667).

2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2026.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 18, 2020 No. 1490

1. In Item 2 of the word "September 1, 2026." shall be replaced with words "on September 1, 2032".

2. In Regulations on the licensing of educational activities approved by the specified resolution:

a) to add the subitem "b" of Item 5 with the paragraph of the following content:

"concerning educational programs of medical education, pharmaceutical education regarding practical training of students;";

b) in Item 6:

state the subitem "v" in the following edition:
