1. Make changes to the Instruction about the organization of corporate management approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of February 21, 2024 No. 62:

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. This Instruction determines for banks of the requirement to the organization of corporate management.

Requirements to the organization of corporate management in "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company (further - JSC Development Bank) and the non-bank credit and financial organizations are applied in the amount and procedure determined for banks taking into account the features established by this Instruction.

Requirements to the organization of corporate management in banking groups and bank holdings are established in the amount determined by this Instruction for parent organizations of banking groups, bank holdings applied to the banks, JSC Development Bank and the non-bank credit and financial organizations which are parent organizations of banking groups, bank holdings and not applied to other legal entities, being parent organizations of bank holdings.";
