About approval of Rules of licensing of activities in the security market of the Republic of Kazakhstan
For the purpose of enhancement of the regulatory legal acts regulating activities in the security market, Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations (further - the Agency) DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of licensing of activities in the security market of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Recognize to invalid:
1) the resolution of Board of the Agency of December 27, 2004 No. 373 "About approval of Rules of licensing of activities in the security market of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 3400);
2) the resolution of Board of the Agency of July 30, 2005 No. 265 "About entering of amendments and changes into the resolution of Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations of December 27, 2004 No. 373 "About approval of Rules of licensing of activities in the security market" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 3810);
3) the resolution of Board of the Agency of May 27, 2006 No. 116 "About modification and amendments in the resolution of Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations of December 27, 2004 No. 373 "About approval of Rules of licensing of activities in the security market" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 4274).
