For the purpose of implementation of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of December 5, 2025 "About modification of some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union and Council of the Eurasian economic commission concerning separate types of motor vehicles with electric motors" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 111
1. Determine that the State Customs Committee:
1.1. is the authorized body performing issue of the document which is subject to submission to customs authorities for exemption:
the import customs duty provided in subitem 7.1.81 of Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union";
customs duties, taxes provided in Item 9 of appendix 3 to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of December 20, 2017 No. 107 "About the single questions connected with goods for private use";
1.2. creates registers of the motor vehicles with electric motors classified by code 8703 80 000 3 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (further respectively - registers, motor vehicles with electric motors).
2. Forming and maintaining registers is provided with the State Customs Committee taking into account the following features:
2.1. registers join data:
about imported (imported) in Republic of Belarus motor vehicles with electric motors with indication of brand and vehicle identification number;
about the legal entity or physical person performing (performed) import of motor vehicles with electric motors;
about the number of the imported (imported) legal entity or physical person motor vehicles with electric motors and their cost;
