Bring in the Procedure for carrying out recalculation of the pensions granted according to the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons", the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of February 13, 2008 to No. 45 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 12, Art. 301; 2018, No. 20, Art. 662; 2019, No. 69, Art. 2415), such changes:

in Item 2:

the paragraph one after the words "GFS" to add with words "(to the commissions on reorganization of GFS / territorial authorities of GFS)";
