About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 8, 2020 No. 1625

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on licensing of activities for the organization and carrying out gamblings in bookmaker offices or totalizators approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 8, 2020 No. 1625 "About licensing of activities for the organization and carrying out gamblings in bookmaker offices or totalizators" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 42, Art. 6591; 2022, No. 4, Art. 643; No. 35, Art. 6112).

Changes which are made to Regulations on licensing of activities for the organization and carrying out gamblings in bookmaker offices or totalizators

1. Item 10 (to add 1) with the paragraph of the following content:

"The license applicant who provided according to Item 5 of this provision to the licensing body the statement for provision of the license is notified by the licensing body in 1 working day prior to its carrying out on carrying out exit assessment.".

2. In Item 10 (2):

a) in paragraph one of figure "15" to replace with figures "13";

b) in paragraph three of figure "14" to replace with figures "13".

3. Add with Item 10 (3) the following content:

"10(3). In case of the termination of implementation of the licensed type of activity in one place or several places of its implementation, data on which contain in the register of licenses, the application for modification of the register of licenses is considered by the licensing body in time, not exceeding 7 working days from the date of reception of an application about modification of the register of licenses.
