1) in Article 39.28:

a) add Item 1 with subitem 3.1 of the following content:

"3. 1) redistribution of the lands and (or) the parcels of land which are in the state-owned or municipal property and the parcels of land which are in private property and 3 presents of Item which are not specified in the subitem, for the purpose of ensuring compliance, stipulated in Article 11.9 of this Code;";

b) Item 3 after words of "private property" to add with the words "in the cases provided by subitems 3, 3.1 and 4 Items 1 of this Article", to add with the offer of the following content: "Redistribution of the lands and (or) the parcels of land which are in the state-owned or municipal property and the parcels of land which are in private property in the case provided by subitem 3.1 of Item 1 of this Article is performed once.";

c) declare item 4 invalid;

d) add with Item 5.1 of the following content:
