About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the purpose of enhancement of the sphere of provision of educational services

In the country considerable work on enhancement of legal and organizational basis of system of out-of-school education, creation of additional terms for training and education of youth is conducted.
Taking into account that along with children interest of adults in knowledge acquisition, for them the educational centers also increases, the information and library and improving and educational organizations also provide educational services. It, in turn, requires creation of the accurate legal basis for receipt of additional education by adults, and also their fixing at the legislative level.
This Law to separate legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan makes the changes providing replacement of concept out-of-school education on additional education, and also refining of procedure for informing in this sphere and determination of authorized bodies.
This Law is directed not only to requirements satisfaction of children, but also citizens of all age in receipt of additional education, and also will form basis for acquisition of additional professional knowledge and skills by them.
Article 1. In the paragraph thirty third Regulations on honorary titles of the Republic of Uzbekistan, approved by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 26, 1996 No. 226-I "About organization of honorary titles of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1996, No. 5-6, of Art. 64; 1997, No. 2, Art. 64; 1998, Art. No. 5-6, 114, No. 9, Art. 164; 2000, No. 5-6, of Art. 153; Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2020, No. 12, Art. 688; 2022, No. 5, Art. 464; 2024, No. 8, Art. 832; 2025, No. 3, of the Art. 374) of the word of "out-of-school organizations" shall be replaced with words "the organizations of additional education".
