About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 12, 2023 No. 263

Bring in the Procedure for electronic marking, activities of operators for tracking of goods turnover and procedure for their control approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 12, 2023 No. 263 "About electronic marking, activities of operators for tracking of goods turnover and procedure for their control", the following changes and amendment:

- in Item 25 of the word "the legal entity registered in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan" shall be replaced with words "Tekhnologiya Group limited liability company (INN 020055564),";

- in Item 27 of the word "the operator of fiscal data-business entity, irrespective of pattern of ownership and legal form which is equipped with functions the Operator of fiscal data based on the agreement and administrative documents of the Tax Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" shall be replaced with words "the operator of fiscal data (further – the Operator) – Tekhnologiya Group Limited liability company (INN 020055564), performing works on independent and permanent acceptance, processing, cryptographic protection and storage of the fiscal data accepted online";

- add with appendix 5 it (is applied).
