About modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Item 3 of article 12 of the Law on entrepreneurship and the companies No. 845/1992 (1994, 2, Art. 33), with subsequent changes, to state the monitor of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova to No. in the following edition:
"3. The company has the right not to represent the data which are trade secret, to bodies of public management, except for law enforcement and monitoring bodies to which these data are represented in the limits corresponding to their powers. The list of the data which are trade secret is determined by the company with observance of provisions of the Marine life protection act of trade secret No. 384/2023.".
Art. II. - In article 35 of the Law on Archive fund of the Republic of Moldova No. 880/1992 (Monitor of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, 1992, 1, Art. 20), with subsequent changes, to state paragraph two to No. in the following edition:
"The documents containing trade secret are used with observance of provisions of the Marine life protection act of trade secret No. 384/2023.".
Art. III. - In Item b) parts (1) article 14 of the Law on architectural activities No. 1350/2000 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 21-24, 77), with subsequent changes, shall be replaced with words the words "keep trade secret" "provide protection of trade secret".
Art. IV. - In part (3) article 28 of the Law on financial and industrial groups No. 1418/2000 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 27-28, 90), with subsequent changes, to replace the word of "protection" with the word "protection".
Art. V. - Item c) parts (1) article 9 of the Law on State Labour Inspection No. 140/2001 (2001, 505), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 68-71, in the following edition:
