About modification of some regulations (simplification of procedure for business)

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on the state system of social insurance No. 489/1999 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, Art. No. 1-4, 2), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In article 1 to exclude the concept "individual code of social insurance".

2. In Article 5:

in Item b) parts (1) word "the physical persons performing activities in the field of purchases of products of crop production and/or gardening and/or objects of flora", to exclude;

part ("independent activities" to add 7) after words with the words "in the field of retail trade, except for trade in excise goods, accounting of the physical persons performing activities in the field of purchases of products of crop production and/or gardening and/or objects of flora and also owners of the entrepreneurial patent".

3. Recognize Article 8 invalid.

4. Add the law with Article 8-1 of the following content:

"Article 8-1. Individual accounting of fees of social insurance

In the state system of insurance accounting of realization of the rights and accomplishment of obligations by insured persons is conducted on the individual account of social insurance of physical persons based on the state identification number of physical person or other accounting identifiers in the State register of the population.".
