About introduction of amendments to the Law on youth No. 215/2016
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on youth No. 215/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 315-328, 688), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. Part (Article 9 to add 2) with Item with 1) of the following content:
"with 1) develops financial regulations for carrying out work with youth;".
2. Part (Article 10 to add 3) with the Item d 1) of the following content:
"d 1) holds competitions of projects for the youth organizations;".
3. Add Article 17 with part (5) the following content:
"(5) Financial regulations for carrying out work with youth affirm the Government.".
Art. II. - (1) This law becomes effective after three months from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
(2) to the Ministry of Education and Research in three-months time from the date of publication of this law to develop and submit to the Government for approval financial regulations for carrying out work with youth.
