About modification of some regulations (improvement of management of public finance)

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In Items 6 and 8 of article 10 of the Law on entrepreneurship and the companies No. 845/1992 (The monitor of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, 1994, No. 2, the Art. 33), with subsequent changes, words "the administrative authority of financial inspection subordinated to the Ministry of Finance." shall be replaced with words "The state inspection of financial control.".

Art. II. - In the Law on the state system of social insurance No. 489/1999 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, Art. No. 1-4, 2), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In article 1 to exclude the concept "public body / public organization on self-government".

2. In the column second of line items 1.1 and 1.2 appendices of 1 word "public bodies / organizations on self-government," shall be replaced with words "public organizations,".

Art. III. - In part (1) Article 23 of the Charities act and sponsorship No. 1420/2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 185-189, 1394), with subsequent changes, words by "Financial inspectorate", shall be replaced with words "The state inspection of financial control,".

Art. IV. - In the Law on local public finance No. 397/2003 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 384-395, 612), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
