About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 7, of 15, 55-1, 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 21, of 22, of 32, 40 Laws of Ukraine "About financial services and finance companies", Articles 7, of 15, 114 Laws of Ukraine "About insurance", article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About consumer crediting", for the purpose of reduction of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Changes to:
1) to Regulations on registration of the collection companies, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of July 9, 2021 No. 75 (with the enclosed changes);
2) to Regulations on procedure of authorization of activities of suppliers of financial payment services and limited payment services, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of October 7, 2022 No. 217 (with the enclosed changes).
