About turnover of pyrotechnic products in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan

If the international treaty of the Republic of Uzbekistan establishes other rules, than those which are stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Uzbekistan about turnover of pyrotechnic products then are applied rules of the international treaty.
Pyrotechnic products are the devices intended for creation of optical, acoustic, electric and other visual effects by means of burning (explosion) of pyrotechnic structure.
The pyrotechnic structure represents the mix of components making heat and mechanical energy in the course of burning (explosion) gaseous and the condensed products.
Pyrotechnic products are subdivided into the I-V classes of danger proceeding from their zone of danger, including extents of defeat of surrounding space.
Criteria of classification of pyrotechnic products by classes of danger are established by regulating documents in the field of technical regulation.
In the Republic of Uzbekistan production, production, import to the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, transportation, transfer, acquisition, storage and use of pyrotechnic products I of class of danger is allowed to physical persons and legal entities.
Turnover of pyrotechnic products I of class of danger shall be performed in case of observance of the requirements established by legal acts and regulating documents in the field of technical regulation.
