In recent years according to the average and long-term strategy of our country large-scale reforms on ensuring complete integration of Uzbekistan into the international economy, consecutive transition of exclusive spheres to the market principles, increase in share of private sector in economy and creating favorable conditions for implementation of free activities of entrepreneurs are performed.
At the same time there is need of forming of open and competitive market environment by harmonization of the national legal system with international standards, cancellations of the special (exclusive) rights granted to the large state enterprises and also expansions of participation of private sector in procurement (purchase), conversion and realization of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, and also in wholesale and retail trade by natural gas.
This Law in the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the state fee" and "About licensing, allowing and uvedy itelny procedures" makes the changes and additions connected with implementation of procedure for licensing of activities for procurement (purchase), conversion, realization of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and also on wholesale and retail trade by natural gas.
This Law will serve attraction of private sector and innovations to the sphere of trade in scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, natural gas, and also to creation of competitive and open market environment.
