About introduction of temporary ban on export of separate types of fuel from the Russian Federation

According to articles 29 and 47 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, appendix No. 7 to the specified Agreement, article 21 of the Federal law "About Bases of State Regulation of Foreign Trade Activity" and for the purpose of ensuring energy security of the Russian Federation the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Establish temporary ban on export of gasolines commodity (codes of the CN FEA EEU 2710 12 411 0 - 2710 12 590 0), diesel fuel, ship fuel and gasoils other (codes of the CN FEA EEU 2710 19 421 0 - 2710 19 429 0) (further - goods) including acquired at the exchange biddings from the Russian Federation.

2. The temporary ban specified in Item 1 of this resolution does not extend:

a) on the goods which are exported from the territory of the Russian Federation for rendering the international humanitarian assistance to foreign states based on decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation;

b) on the goods which are exported from the territory of the Russian Federation (including within the international intergovernmental agreements and in state members of the Eurasian Economic Union) provided that concerning such exported goods n coefficient, stipulated in Item 2 method of calculation of rates of the export customs duties on separate types of goods developed from the oil approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 29, 2013 No. 276 "About calculation of rates of the export customs duties on crude oil and separate types of goods developed from oil, and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation", on the date of registration of the declaration by customs authority for goods submitted prior to movement of such goods is accepted equal 0 rubles to ton;
