About modification of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment terms of work of workers of social security system of the population of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 30, 2022 No. 184
For the purpose of updating of qualification requirements to the social workers servicing at home living alone elderly citizens and persons with disability according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment terms of work of workers of social security system of the population of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 30, 2022 No. 184 the following change:
to state appendix 7 to the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix to this resolution.
2. To the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution and to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
