About modification of some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union and Council of the Eurasian economic commission concerning separate types of motor vehicles with electric motors

According to articles 43 and 45 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, Item 16 of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix No. 1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014), Items 7, 16 and 129-17 appendices No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Item 8 of Article 266 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union Council of the Eurasian economic commission DECIDED:

1. No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" to add Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 with subitem 7.1.81 of the following content:

"7.1.81. Motor vehicles with electric motors:

the CN FEA EEU classified by code 8703 80 000 3 and imported into the Republic of Belarus in number of 20 thousand pieces;

classified by codes 8703 80 000 3 and 8703 80 000 5 CN FEA EEU and imported into the Republic of Armenia in number of 15 thousand pieces and into the Kyrgyz Republic in number of 15 thousand pieces.

The specified tariff privilege is provided on condition of availability of the document issued by authorized body of the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus and the Kyrgyz Republic respectively and containing the information about person performing import of such goods, quantity of the goods imported by this person and their cost.
