About establishment of cost regulations within which the goods of electronic trading acquired by physical persons are imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union without customs duty payment concerning goods of electronic trading

1. Establish cost regulations within which import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of the goods of electronic trading acquired by physical persons is performed without customs duty payment concerning goods of electronic trading, in the amount of 200 euros.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than the date of entry into force of the Protocol on introduction of amendments to the Agreement on the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union of the April 11, 2017 signed on December 25, 2023.
