About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About burial and funeral case" concerning settlement of reburial of the died (died) persons protecting independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About burial and funeral case" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 7, Art. 47 with the following changes) the following changes:

1. In Article 14:

1) in part one:

the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"It is non-paid for the contractor of declaration of will of the dead or person which undertook to bury the dead burial of the dead is performed";

in the Item "and":

the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"a) persons having special merits before the Homeland - with the corresponding military honors";

to state paragraphs of the sixth or eighth in the following edition:

"Heroes of Ukraine who since 2014 are handed the award "Gold Star";

persons who since 2014 are awarded by the Order of Bohdan Khmelnitsky of three degrees;

faces which since 2014 princesses Olga of three degrees are awarded the order";

add with the paragraph the tenth the following content:

"faces which since 2014 "For Courage" of three degrees are awarded the order";

state the Items "in" and "g" in the following edition:

"c) combatants, persons with disability owing to war;

d) injured participants of Revolution of Advantage";

Part third to exclude 2);

The fourth and fifth to state 3) to part in the following edition:

"Expenses on burial of the dead from among persons determined by the Items "and" - "in" part one of this Article, are performed at the expense of means of the government budget.

Expenses on burial of the dead from among persons determined by the Item "g" of part one of this Article are performed at the expense of means of local budgets".
