I ORDER:

1. Determine that activities of the companies according to permissions to implementation of customs broker activities, opening and operation of customs warehouse and warehouse of temporary storage which remain in force and continue to be effective within 12 months from the date of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of August 22, 2024 with No. 3926-IX "About modification of the Customs code of Ukraine concerning implementation of some provisions of the Customs code of the European Union", it is performed taking into account the following features:

control of observance by the company of requirements for arrangement and arrangement of warehouse objects of customs warehouses, warehouses of temporary storage is performed according to the requirements existing on date of issue of such permissions;
