Some features of cost determination of construction in the conditions of warlike situation

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that for warlike and/or emergency state in Ukraine during cost determination of new construction, reconstruction, restoration and capital repairs of buildings and constructions of any appointment, their complexes and parts, and also during cost determination of new construction, reconstruction, repairs and operational content of highways public which is performed with attraction of budgetary funds, means of the state and utility companies, organizations and organizations, the loans granted under the state guarantees:

1) prior to functioning of the database of the prices of construction products and other material resources as a part of Single state electronic system in the field of construction (further - the database of the prices) current prices on material resources are agreed on average price based on results of the price analysis which is carried out by the customer/contractor which is performed:

on materials which total cost constitutes 60 percent of total cost of all material resources, - based on these producers, importers and their official representatives and distributors. When carrying out price analysis at least three price offers for each material resource are considered. If sources of delivery of the appropriate material resource in the corresponding market less than three, reasons concerning lack of competitive offers on such line item in addition move;

on materials which total cost constitutes 40 percent of total cost of all material resources, - based on these producers, importers and their official representatives and distributors and information from other sources (open web resources of producers, importers and their official representatives and distributors, suppliers of construction products, the database of the prices, printing information reference books, etc.).

At stage of carrying out settlement of the price of material resources are determined in accordance with the terms of the works agreement depending on type of contract price;

2) from start date of functioning and filling of the database of the prices:
