About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Structure and Activities of the Government"

Article 1. In Item 6.1 of Appendix to the Law of March 23, 2018 "About structure and activities of the government" the words "and disclosure" are shall be replaced with words No. ZR-253 "disclosure and maintaining the state statistics".
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Charter of division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs performing function of forming of the state statistics in the field of crimes and administrative offenses.
2. Within two months after the introduction of this law changes from the date of which entry into force the structural division of police performing function of forming of the state statistics in the field of crimes and administrative offenses is effective as a part of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are made to force in charters of the Ministry of the Interior and Police.
3. Within six months after modification of the list of the positions of public service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs caused by adoption of this law, these positions shall be filled according to the procedure, No. 288-A established by the Resolution of the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2023 "About establishment of procedure for holding interview with the candidate in case of appointment to positions of public service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia".
