On regulation of provision of the medical and sanitary help to the population of the pilot regions of the Republic of Tajikistan in 2007

The rule about joint financing (copayment) by the population of costs for the medical services rendered by State Healthcare Institutions for 2007 in pilot areas
The rule about special means of the state organizations of health care of the pilot regions of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2007.
2. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, local executive bodies of the government of Khatlon and Sughd areas, the Rasht district and city of Tursunzoda in cooperation with donors, since June 1, 2007 to provide the program implementation and rules approved by this resolution.
3. To provide to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tajikistan, local executive bodies of the government of Khatlon and Sughd areas, the Rasht district and city of Tursunzoda financing of health care sector in general framework of the provided means.
4. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tajikistan:
- provide coordination and technical support of program implementation and the rules approved by this resolution in pilot areas;
- about results of program implementation and rules in pilot areas to inform the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in February, 2008 with offers on development of the program;
5. To local executive bodies of the government of Dangarinsky district of Khatlon Region, Spitamensky district of Sughd area, Rasht district of republican subordination and the city of Tursunzoda to create Coordination Council on realization by the approved this resolution of the program and rules.
6. Recognize invalid the following orders of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan:
- of July 2, 2005 No. 237 "About approval of the Basic program of rendering the medical and sanitary help to citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Procedure for rendering the medical and sanitary help to citizens by organizations of the state health care system at the expense of physical persons and legal entities";
- of October 12, 2005 No. 388 "About partial suspension of action of the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 2, 2005 No. 237";
- of April 3, 2006 No. 145 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of October 12, 2005 No. 388 "About partial suspension of action of the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 2, 2005 No. 237".
