About entering of amendments into the Supreme court rule of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of regulation of procedure for modification and amendments in resolutions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic, being guided by part 3 of article 98 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, article 18 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic and local courts", the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
Bring in the Supreme court rule of the Kyrgyz Republic accepted by the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of April 22, 2022 No. 10 the following amendments:
1. add Item 3.2. subitem "m" of the following content:
"l) modification and amendments in resolutions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
