Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 11, 2014 No. 1352

1. To add Item 7 of the Regulations on features of participation of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship in purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities, annual amount of such purchases and procedure of payments of the specified amount approved by the specified resolution with the subitem "I (6)" the following content:

"I (6)) the purchases providing the conclusion of the delivery agreement of the chemicals used for production of deicing materials if the starting (maximum) price of such agreement exceeds 850 million rubles.".

2. In the Section I of form of the annual statement on the purchase of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities at subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship approved by the specified resolution:
