About change of the laws concerning the state dactyloscopic registration

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 4, 2003 No. 236-Z "About the state dactyloscopic registration" the following changes:
the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"material carriers - dactyloscopic cards, electronic (magnetic) and other data carriers to which are postponed, transferred (are directed) data from the dactyloscopic card, the dactyloscopic scanner;";
add Article with the paragraph of the following content:
"the dactyloscopic scanner - the hardware and software system, the device as a part of such complex intended for fingerprinting in electronic form.".
state subitems 1.9 and 1.10 in the following edition:
"1.9. foreign citizens and stateless persons:
the subject deportations, expulsion from the Republic of Belarus or transfer to foreign state according to the international treaty of the Republic of Belarus on readmission;
undergoing border control when crossing of Frontier of the Republic of Belarus by them:
included in the List of persons whose entry into the Republic of Belarus is prohibited or undesirable;
on which authorized officers of bodies of the border service make the decision on carrying out obligatory state dactyloscopic registration for the benefit of ensuring national security of the Republic of Belarus, except for:
the minors which did not reach 14-year age and persons which reached 75-year age;
the citizens of the Russian Federation who are not belonging to the categories of the faces which are subject to deportation, expulsion from the Republic of Belarus, and also included in the List of persons whose entry into the Republic of Belarus is prohibited or undesirable;
