About modification of the Regulations on import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and export from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors

According to article 46 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and items 4 and 37 Protocols on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries (appendix No. 7 to the specified Agreement) the Board of the Eurasian economic commission SOLVED:

1. Bring in Regulations on import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and export from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors (appendix No. 10 to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 21, 2015 No. 30) the following changes:

a) to state paragraph two of Item 10 in the following edition:

"According to the subitem "e" of Item 10 of Rules for execution of the export license of drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors applicants represent the import permit of specific batch of drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors issued by competent authority of the import state (the original, or the notarized copy, or if it is stipulated by the legislation state member, the copy of the document which is drawn up according to Item 11 of Rules), or the formal notice of this body that the specified permission is not required (the original, or the notarized copy, or if it is stipulated by the legislation state member, the copy of the document which is drawn up according to Item 11 of Rules).";

b) to add Item 12 after paragraph one with the paragraph of the following content:

"The documents specified in the paragraph the second Item 10 of this provision are represented by applicants to the approving body. At the same time these documents are not submitted to authorized body of state member.".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
